Swaytank Maheshwari, CEO & Founder

Born in Lucknow, UP, Swaytank has worked with Ritco Travels (Jaipur/Mumbai) & Dolphin Travels (New Delhi) in early years of his career. He is a person with lots of positivity & a hardcore team player.

In his long Travel industry career spanning across 20 years, he had visited 23 countries and more than 110 cities in the world including India. The continents which are yet to be covered are South America and Antarctica – both of which are his dream trips. One of his favorite cities is Cape Town for its laid back nature, bright & cheery mood, scenic and stunning locations. And another one is Sydney - Home to lovely Sydney Bridge & impressive Opera House.

If he is not working, then you will find him reading, enjoying time with his family & friends, eating and exploring new places for food. He loves to explore coffees and cafes around the world.

Sundesh Nayak, Head, Mumbai Operations

Born in Sagar, MP, Sundesh did his academics from Holkar, Indore and MTA from IIPS, Indore. Prior to joining Rainbow, he worked with SOTC in Trade Fair division for a period of 4 years where he was awarded as “Best Sales Person of the year” in 2004.

In a career spanning over 13 years, Sundesh has travelled around the world with places like Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Czechoslovakia, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux, China, Thailand, Hong Kong & Macau, Caribbean Islands and Dubai. He loves Switzerland for its natural beauty and Italy for its beautiful architecture and history.

Sundesh is honest, committed and love to work in a planned manner. In free time, he just loves to relax or play with kids.

Sunil Singh, Head, Product & Marketing

Born in the beautiful city of Srinagar, J&K, Sunil did his schooling from various cities throughout India before he did his MBA in Tourism from IIPS, Indore. Prior to joining Rainbow, he worked with Orbit Tours & Trade Fairs, Mumbai.

In a long career spanning over 12 years, Sunil had travelled to Dusseldorf, Koln, Hannover, Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Milan, Rome, Venice, Zurich, Interlaken, Luzern, Budapest, Paris, London, Sao Paulo, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong. His favorite destination is Switzerland / Interlaken because of its picture perfect setting along with an opportunity to indulge in varied activities.

Sunil is passionate about perfection and loves spending time with kids, watching TV channels like National Geographic, Discovery, History or Reading Magazines.

Ritu Maheshwari, Head, Business Operations

Born & brought up in Bareilly, UP, Ritu worked for a placement agency for 6 months prior to joining Rainbow. In her 15 year long career in Travel industry & with Rainbow, she had travelled to South Africa, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, and parts of India like Kerala, North-East, Goa, Rajasthan, Konkan Coast and many more.

Ritu is a very organized person with a positive attitude towards life. She likes long driving holidays and best place for her is near sea / lake and river since it is most serene and has a calming effect on her. She likes spending time with her family and friends in laid back style.

Mayank Maheshwari, Director

He is an explorer by nature. Backed by detailed research & preparedness, he will curate a web of options for you only making it difficult for you to choice the best one. He gives a 360 degree perspective to all issues, with a very solution-driven and straight-forward approach. A calm demeanor, an ardent trekker and a foodie, he is the epitome of never-say-no to anything

Achin Kumar, Head, New Delhi Operations

Born in the Silicon Valley of India, Bengaluru, Karnataka and brought up in New Delhi, Achin has worked with some of the prestigious travel organizations in the country. He started with Society of Semiconductor Devices, and later moved on to SOTC, Orbit Trade Fair Tours, Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau and US Travel Association before joining Rainbow.

In his 10 year long career in the Travel industry, he has travelled China (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou), Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Chon Buri), Singapore, Malaysia (Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi), UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah), Europe (Dusseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt, Nuremburg, Madrid, Toledo, Paris, Milan, Venice, Riga, Helsinki, Rovanimi, Oslo, Stockholm, Lom, Kristan Sund, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava) and USA (Albany, New York, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego).

Achin has an expertise in market plan execution; account management, liasioning with government associations, competitor and market analysis. “See you tomorrow at Sunrise” is what he would say if he is not going to be working any following day.

Mehul Mehta, Head, Gujarat Operations

Born in Indore “Place for foodies” & had done Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Guajarati Science College & MTA from IIPS Indore DAVV. Prior Rainbow, He worked with ORBIT corporate and Leisure Travels India Pvt. Ltd in Various cities of Maharashtra & Gujarat for 14.5 years. He is also known as “All Rounder” for doing business across all verticals M.I.C.E & Leisure.

In His carrier span He has been to various places In India like Goa, Himachal, Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Sikkim & Darjeeling, Kashmir, Karnataka & Lakshadweep as well as abroad : Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Dubai, Srilanka, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Mauritius & France.
